Four to six weeks of grass-fed beef for a family of four. A balanced mix across mince, sausages, roasts, steaks and slow-cook cuts. Better per-kg value than a 5kg box.

What's inside your Beef Family Box (10kg)

Approximately 10kg of mixed cuts, hand-cut and cryovac-packed by our butchers. Exact cuts may vary slightly based on what we have at the time of preparation - we'll always swap for an equal-or-better cut.

  • 2.5kg Premium beef mince
  • 2kg Thick beef sausages
  • 1kg Diced beef
  • 2kg Roast (topside, rump or rolled prime rib)
  • 1.5kg Steaks (rump, sirloin or scotch fillet)
  • 1kg Slow-cook cut (osso bucco, brisket or beef cheeks)

Why our boxes are different

  • Grass-fed and hand-cut - most of our beef and lamb comes from our family farm Hunter Natural in the Upper Hunter Valley. Hand-cut at Morpeth, never factory-packed.
  • Hormone-free, antibiotic-free - our cattle and sheep eat grass for life, on natural pastures.
  • Cryovac-packed - portions are individually wrapped, ready for the freezer. Keep up to 3 months frozen.
  • Real value - per-kg pricing on box contents is meaningfully cheaper than buying each cut individually.

How it works

  1. Pre-order - secure your spot in the next batch. Pay online.
  2. 4-6 weeks - we batch-prepare orders to ensure freshness. We'll email you when ready.
  3. Pickup - collect from 143 Swan St, Morpeth NSW. Bring a cold bag if it's a hot day.
  4. Stock the freezer - cuts are individually wrapped. Stack into your freezer, use as you need.

Storage

Refrigerate at 0-4°C and use within 3 days of pickup. Freeze for up to 3 months in cryovac. Defrost overnight in the fridge for best texture.
