Morpeth Butchery operates at 143 Swan St, Morpeth NSW 2321. ABN available on request.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. We aim for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct errors. Per-kilo items are weighed to your order and the final price is calculated against actual weight.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards via our secure online payment processor (Shopify Payments).

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantees implied by the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
