We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If you’re not happy with your order, please get in touch.
Fresh Meat
For fresh meat and smallgoods, we’ll replace any item you’re not satisfied with, provided you let us know within 24 hours of pickup. Bring the unused portion back to the shop or send us a photo and we’ll sort it out.
Pantry & Sundries
Unopened pantry items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Order Cancellations
Phone the shop on (02) 4933 7541 as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t been prepared yet.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
