Meat Tray Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Morpeth Butchery (Hunter Natural Pty Ltd, ABN 13 109 660 059), 143 Swan Street, Morpeth NSW 2321.

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry implies acceptance of these terms.
  2. Eligibility: open to Australian residents aged 18+. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  3. How to enter: (a) subscribe to the Morpeth Butchery email list via our website — 1 entry; and/or (b) place an order during the promotion period — 5 entries per order. Entries accrue across the promotion period (from the launch of our new website until 30 September 2026).
  4. Prize: three (3) prizes, each a $150 Morpeth Butchery meat tray (total prize pool $450) — one prize per monthly draw. Prizes are redeemable in-store / via click & collect, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Draws: conducted at 143 Swan Street, Morpeth NSW 2321 at 10am on 31 July 2026, 31 August 2026 and 30 September 2026. All entries accrued at the time of each draw are included, weighted as above; a person may win only once across the three draws.
  6. Winners: notified by email within 2 business days of each draw. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days; unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
  7. By subscribing you consent to receive marketing emails from Morpeth Butchery; you may unsubscribe at any time. Placing an order also enters you in the draw.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
  9. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part. Conducted in accordance with NSW law (NSW does not require a trade-promotion permit).
