Our signature wood-smoked bacon - thick-cut, full-flavoured.

We cure and smoke our own bacon right here at the shop. Thick-cut, pink and full-flavoured, with the kind of bite that holds up in a sandwich and crisps perfectly in the pan. Once you try it, supermarket bacon won't cut it.
