What's inside your Family Mixed Box (10kg)
Approximately 10kg of mixed cuts, hand-cut and cryovac-packed by our butchers. Exact cuts may vary slightly based on what we have at the time of preparation - we'll always swap for an equal-or-better cut.
- 2.5kg Premium beef mince
- 1.5kg Lamb mince
- 1.5kg Thick beef sausages
- 1kg House-cured Morpeth bacon
- 2kg Roast (beef topside or lamb leg)
- 1.5kg Slow-cook cut (lamb shanks or beef osso bucco)

- Hormone-free, antibiotic-free - our cattle and sheep eat grass for life, on natural pastures.
- Cryovac-packed - portions are individually wrapped, ready for the freezer. Keep up to 3 months frozen.

How it works

- 4-6 weeks - we batch-prepare orders to ensure freshness. We'll email you when ready.
- Pickup - collect from 143 Swan St, Morpeth NSW. Bring a cold bag if it's a hot day.
- Stock the freezer - cuts are individually wrapped. Stack into your freezer, use as you need.

Storage
Refrigerate at 0-4°C and use within 3 days of pickup. Freeze for up to 3 months in cryovac. Defrost overnight in the fridge for best texture.
